But during his time in Ireland, Chris Smith found a place that rivals the Aussie chefs.

Martin Shanahan’s Fishy Fishy Restaurant in Kinsale adopts traditional Irish flavours with a modern twist.

Owner and head chef Martin serves Chris one of his signature dishes, the surf ‘n’ turf.

“In Ireland, in Fishy Fishy, it’s scallop and black pudding.”
