Resilience NSW Commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons is sending a message to people stuck in lockdown as calls to Lifeline spike.

Mr Fitzsimmons told Ben Fordham people have to stay socially connected through this time.

“If people are struggling that’s ok … but the biggest thing we can do is encourage them to reach out and get support.

“There is no place too dark or too deep that hope can’t find you.”
