Bees from Brisbane to help pollinate Victorian crops
180 bee keepers are providing close to 150,000 bee hives to north west Victoria, with the almond pollination imminent.
Monson’s Honey and Pollination is coordinating the pollination of 14 farms with the insects being trucked in from as far as Brisbane.
But, it hasn’t been a smooth season, with the drought impacting the bee’s diet.
