A new survey released by the ABC has one of Australia’s most well-loved television personalities up in arms.

The latest questionnaire from the ABC claims it can to tell you your social class based on the music you listen to, the TV you watch and the books you read.

Host of Channel Nine’s The Block, Scotty Cam has slammed the survey, calling it “an absolute joke”.

“To actually make someone think that they’re a lower class than someone else in Australia is absolutely outrageous,” he tells Chris Kenny.

Scotty says we don’t have “class” in Australia and are all equal.

“How is it that the ABC can put this out there when nobody agrees with it?”
