Critics are claiming one of the world’s most famous spies, James Bond, is a misogynist whose character should be retired.

Some say that in the #MeToo era, Bond’s womanizing would be classified as sexual assault.

Even Daniel Craig has labelled his own character a misogynist.

Rumours are also flying that a woman could be cast as the next James Bond.

But social commentator Prue MacSween says it’s simply political correctness gone too far.

“He’s taken on some of the world’s most notorious villains.

“But can he survive the most dangerous of them all: the PC brigade?

“I think it’s just astounding that they even would think that a woman can do his job.”
