‘She’s the carbon tax candidate’: Tony Abbott takes aim at his latest rival

Former prime minister Tony Abbott has labelled his main rival as the “carbon tax candidate” as the battle for Warringah intensifies.

Former Olympian Zali Steggal is standing as an Independent at the upcoming federal election.

“It’s all very well saying we’ve got to do more but there is a cost to doing more, a very heavy cost as we’ve seen.”
