Luke Grant is joined by Dr Nicole Bart, St Vincent’s Hospital cardiologist & research fellow at Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, who earlier this year was awarded a prestigious Fulbright scholarship… the highly coveted US foreign exchange scholarship program, aimed at increasing bi-national research collaboration, cultural understanding and the exchange of ideas.

Dr Bart should have been on a plane last week, but the COVID-19 pandemic has waylaid her travel plans… so she has diverted her attention to the effects of the virus on cardiac patients and the genetic roots of cardiac disease.
