They’re common phrases we’re accustomed to seeing on the back of a bottle of wine.

But have you ever thought about how other cultures describe the taste of our wine?

Researchers have conducted a sensory analysis at this month’s Vinexpo in Hong Kong, to help the industry get a better understanding of the market.
