Milk production falls to lowest level since the 1990’s

Drought will see milk production for this financial year fall to its lowest level since the 1990s.

Australia’s milk pool is expected to total 8.65 billion litres for 2018/19.

Dairy Australia’s Situation and Outlook report shows the on-going costs for feed, and water during the current dry-spell is having a strain on suppliers.
