Canadian fugitives accused of murdering 3 people, including Australian Lucas Fowler, could be dead”

Luke Grant

Luke Grant talks to Christian Leuprecht, national security expert and a professor at both Queens University & Royal Military College, about the manhunt for the Canadian murder-of-three suspects that continues into its ninth day.

Professor Leuprecht says it’s still too early to make a judgment call on how long the manhunt may last with the future of the search depending on whether any new information is uncovered.

He says,“my personal opinion is that the two suspects are dead.”

“If they’re trying to survive in the woods in northern Manitoba, that’s very unforgiving, inhospitable territory. Between the mosquitoes, the muskeg and the bears, you’re not going to get very far.”
