‘It’s OK not to be OK’: Lifeline urges people to reach out

Lifeline Australia chairman John Brogden tells Mark Levy Christmas time can be difficult for a lot of people.

Mr Brogden says during the holidays talking to someone anonymously can really help.

“For some people it’s just too hard to talk to your friends and family about what’s troubling you.”
