Farm Waste Could be Turned into New Products

An $11 million dollar research project will look to turn farm waste into completely new products.

It’ll look at how to use waste from apples, cherries, mushrooms, and other vegetables, converting them into products from medicines to skin care.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with University of Adelaide Professor Vincent Bulone.
