A former Crown prosecutor has spoken out against ICAC as a corruption inquiry into former Premier Gladys Berejiklian gets underway.

Margaret Cunneen SC was investigated by the ICAC before the case was later dismissed by the High Court.

She told Ben Fordham she has warned multiple politicians “it could happen to them”.

“[There are] many, many cases on the record where ICAC have simply got it wrong.”
