The Immigration Minister is weighing up whether to deport Novak Djokovic after he won his Federal Court case.

Thomas Geer Partner Justin Quill told Chris Smith Djokovic will likely play in the Australian Open regardless of the government’s next move.

“It’s a big risk for the government because Djokovic … will end up straight back in court.

“I expect that what would have then the judge will give a temporary injunction … he’ll stay and play anyway.”
