Clinton Maynard

NSW Transport Minister David Elliot admits now is an “appropriate time to start with a blank canvas” on an enterprise agreement amid the NSW government dropping its case against the Union.

The Minister told Jim Wilson, “I’m hoping with the good faith that I’ve gone with them this morning… we can go ahead with clean hands”.

“I just want the network going on again.”

Mr Elliot has said the situation over the last 36 hours is disappointing.

“I’m even disappointed with myself.”
