NSW Veterans’ Affairs Minister David Elliott has slammed a man charged with urinating on the Anzac Memorial at Hyde Park.

The 25-year-old will appear in court later this month.

Minister Elliott told Ben Fordham “it beggars belief that somebody would think you can use what is essentially a gravesite … as a urinal.”

“It’s sad that somebody is so ignorant.”
