After a chaotic week for Sydney Trains with commuters facing delays of up to three hours, Sydney Trains Cheif Executive Howard Collins gives Mark Levy an update.

Commuters were warned on Friday further delays would be seen this week, but Mr Collins tells Mark, “we’ve seen 97% on schedule”.

“It’s working well. The rest of the week looks a little better.

“We’re just focusing on making sure people get to and from work.

Mr Collins says he is also keen to negotiate with unions.

“We’re waiting for the unions to tell us what, if any action, they wish to take.

“I’m really keen… to thrash this out and get a good deal for everyone involved.
