‘There’s a lot of fury’ among NSW flood victims crying out for government support
Residents of northern NSW are calling out federal and state governments amid an inadequate flood response.
Over 2000 homes have reportedly been declared unliveable as the cleanup continues in the NSW Northern Rivers region.
Mullumbimby Resident Jacqui Lewis told Ben Fordham “there’s a lot of fury” at a lack of support.
“There’s been a critical lack of support on every level.
“If the residents of the Northern Rivers hadn’t risked their own lives to save others, so many would have died.”
