The Federal Government have continuously declined a Carer Visa for the Mills family to care for a sick relative. 

The Mills family have been in Australia for 13 years after Emma Mills’ dad had fallen ill.

Emma and Nathan Mills have done everything right to gain permanent residency in Australia, but have been declined after every attempt.

Emma Mills told Chris O’Keefe on 2GB Drive, “Are we going to be sent back to a country that is essentially foreign to us all now? My children don’t have lives or memories of the UK, they have memories of Australia. This is their home.”
