NSW Police are now treating the deaths of two women found inside their Canterbury unit in Sydney’s southwest as suspicious. 

Police believe the two women aged 23 and 24 are sisters.

Their bodies were found by their Landlord and a Sheriff who was attempting to issue an eviction warrant yesterday morning.

It’s understood the young women had been deceased for more than a month but police say there are no signs of injury and nothing to suggest their home had been broken into.

Nine News reporter Hayley Francis told Jim Wilson, police are now contacting the women’s family who are overseas.
