Aussie actor Rodger Corser revealed he placed tons of pressure on himself in his role in a new TV show.

The Thai Cave Rescue TV series focuses on a junior association football team being rescued from the Tham Luang Nang Non-cave in Chiang Rai Province in northern Thailand in 2018.

Twelve members of the team, aged 11 to 16, and their 25-year-old assistant coach entered the cave on June 23 after a football practice session.

Shortly afterward, heavy rainfall partially flooded the cave system, blocking their way out and trapping them deep within.

Rodger Corser plays anesthetist Dr Richard Harris in the show and told Deborah Knight he wanted to do the role justice.
