A woman has been arrested after a baby’s body was found wrapped in plastic in a freezer.

Officers attended a home in Corowa, about 60kms west of Albury, after concerns were raised for the welfare of a child.

Officers searched the house and found the body of a three-month-old boy, before arresting a 40-year-old woman.
