South Australian Grain Outlook

Some late Winter-early-Spring rain has turned around the fortunes for some grain growers in South Australia.

The recent ABARES Crop Outlook indicated Winter Crop production is expected to be down by up to 39 percent Nationally.

But in South Australia its expected to drop by 43 percent to 6.4 million tonnes.

Rural Reporter Eddie Summerfield spoke with industry body Grain Growers Regional Coordinator David Evans to find out more.
