An Australian independent film-maker has made it her duty to accurately show on screen what it is like to be homeless and sleeping rough.

The new movie Some Happy Day, shows the interweaving story of homeless woman Tina, and social worker Frances and the struggles from both sides of the fence.

The film looks to bring to light the issues facing homelessness and how it affects everyone.

Director, writer, and producer Catherine Hill joins John Stanley to share just how dire the situation for those sleeping rough and why projects like Some Happy Days are needed to help this crisis.
