Sixty years ago today Margaret Court was the first Australian to win the Ladies’ Singles at Wimbledon

Legendary Australian tennis player Margaret Court reminisces with Michael McLaren about her life on the tennis circuit, how tough it was travelling alone and being homesick.

She shares how she came back after a break having her first child but felt her heart was no longer in the game.

Considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time, her 24 major singles titles and total of 64 major titles continue to be a record in tennis history.
