Restriction changes leave businesses in the lurch
With Governments rapidly changing public health rules, restaurants are facing uncertainty when it comes to bookings over Christmas.
Luke Grant caught up with celebrity chef Luke Mangan on Summer Drive.
He says the biggest issue is how many patrons are allowed into restaurants at one time.
“Everyone’s taken restaurant bookings for Christmas Day assuming full capacity,” he said.
“Now restaurateurs are going to have to call up their bookings juggle timeslots”.
