Push to grow regional Australia gains momentum
People living on the out-skirts of capital cities are being told they’d be better off living in regional centres.
The Regional Australia Institute has released its population plan highlighting the need to take pressure off capital cities.
It’s found 400,000 people have relocated regionally in the past five years.
