Growing medicinal agriculture is hoped to be greatly improved, with a new research hub in Victoria.

The $27 million initiative will combine research and industry expertise to drive innovation of efficiencies for the opioid and cannabis industries.

The hub will be based at La Trobe University’s Bundoora Campus.
