A scathing report into Murray Darling Basin Water Management has been handed to the New South Wales Government.

Interim findings from the Ken Matthews’ Review call for transparency, independence, and a considerably improved efficiency.

It was commissioned by the state to investigate allegations of water theft, and collusion.
