After almost 20 years, celebrity chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan is putting down the knives, hanging up his apron and calling time on his tenure at Glass Brasserie at The Hilton Sydney.

Luke Mangan dropped into the studio to tell Luke Grant about what led him to the decision to leave ‘Glass”, his plans for the future and to reminisce about their days broadcasting together.
