Government moves to address regional doctor shortage

Improving pathways for doctors to train and stay in regional Australia has been discussed at a summit addressing the rural specialist shortage.

All levels of government, universities, and a range of medical specialists were represented at the meeting that’s believed to be the first of its kind held in Australia.
