Farmland Property Boom

Australia’s property boom isn’t just restricted to capital cities, in 2016 farmland property prices went up by nearly 10%.

The Farmland Values report is based on 230,000 sales since 1995, with a combined value of $132 billion.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield spoke with Rural Bank’s Agribusiness General Manager Andrew Smith about the data.
