Farmers welcome TPP
Farmers are being trumpeted as one of the big winners from a ratified Trans Pacific Partnership.
The deal was de-railed last year, when Canada walked away from negotiations at the APEC Summit in Vietnam.
But following talks in Tokyo, all 11 members are expected to sign-off on a revised deal in March.
