Mike Jeffreys is joined by Sarah Boorer, Communications professional & CWA award-winning cook, to look at the world of baked goods, delicious treats and & easy recipes.

This week Sarah whips up Mars Bar slice (recipe courtesy Australia’s best recipes)

Ingredients
3 x 65 g Mars Bars chopped
90g butter, chopped
3 cups Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles
200 g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate

Method
1. Grease a slice tray.
2. Combine Mars Bars and butter in a saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat,
without boiling, until the mixture is smooth.
3. Stir in Rice Bubbles and press mixture evenly into greased tray.
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave on a low setting, stirring every 20-30
seconds.
5. Spread the chocolate evenly over the slice mixture and refrigerate until topping
is set.

Notes
You’ll need a 20 x 20cm pan for this recipe.
