Bradman’s first baggy green to go under the hammer, again!

Sir Donald Bradman’s debut baggy green will go under the hammer again having failed to reach reserve the first time around.

From his 1928/29 Test series the top bid at auction went for just under $400 thousand.

Executive Manager for Pickles.com.au Gavin Dempsey, joins John Stanley and Paul B Kidd to discuss the history of the baggy green and how a restriction could be why it didn’t mean reserve.
