John Stanley catches up with James Spenceley, the founder of Vocus Group and former owner of the Illawarra Hawks.

The last time John and James talked, James had just arrived back from Ukraine, where he donated ambulances, medical aid equipment and drones.

As winter approaches, the need for 4WD patient transport vehicles is enormous. James is back in Ukraine for his fourth trip this year to donate more ambulances.

He describes what has changed since his last trip to the war-torn country.
