If you don’t connect to NBN with your telco, your service being cut off.

This happened to Drew from Wollongong who owns a pizza business.

On Monday night, he was told by a customer that their phone line wasn’t working.

After calling his telco, Drew was told the phone had been disconnected and was given an NBN order number he’d never asked for.

Drew tells Ross Greenwood he is livid.

“We employ 32 young kids.

“We had nine at the store last night and we had to send half of them home.”
