‘Outrageous’: Shadow Treasurer says government has questions to answer after $2.7 billion overspend on public transport

A continuous amount of problems has plagued intercity train and ferry projects, light rails and the effects have left a $2.7 billion spending across public transport infrastructure.
The NSW projects are behind schedule and are not on track for delivery.
NSW Shadow Treasurer Daniel Mookhey told Jim Wilson, “It’s absolutely outrageous”.
“People should be held accountable.
“The entire government has some serious questions to answer.”
