NSW flood victims failed: Ben Fordham calls out shocking figure
Less than eight per cent of the money promised to flood victims has been paid out.
$124 million of the $1.6 billion set aside by the State Government has been distributed almost two months after the devastating storms.
Resilience NSW is responsible for processing the applications and approving the payments.
“Right now, on every level, they are failing,” Ben Fordham said.
“Premier, please clear the backlog, get these people paid and put a broom through the jokers at Resilience NSW.”
