Phil Waugh has answered the big questions surrounding the absolutely disastrous few years Rugby Union has faced in Australia, and this year’s World Cup exit for the Wallabies.

The new CEO for Rugby Australia addressed both the future of Eddie Jones and how the governing body can try and mend the massive gap between professional and grassroots levels.

“Swapping and changing coaches is not the solution. It’s been a pretty tough time for Eddie Jones, we need to fix this”, Waugh told Mark Levy on Wide World of Sports.
