The Australian Aviation writer, Robyn Ironside, has discussed Qantas’ decision to refund COVID-19 cancelled tickets.

She also reflected on the legal action being taken by the ACCC over cancelled flights that continued to be advertised.

“We’re not talking a couple of flights, we’re talking 8000 flights”, she said.

“It’s absolutely mind-blowing and explosive”, she continued.
