Steve Price has slammed the world’s second-most liveable city as one of the dirtiest on the east coast of Australia.

Melbourne has placed second on the Economist Intelligence Unit’s global liveability index for the second year in a row.

Sydney is catching up, now coming third on the list, bumped up from fifth place.

Steve says he has spent time in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in the past month and is not impressed with the latter.

“Melbourne is letting itself down badly, it’s dirty, there’s a lot of litter, there’s a lot of homeless people.

“It’s the dirtiest of the three major capitals right now.

“I think Melbourne has lost the plot when it comes to its CBD.”
