Bulldogs five-eighths Matt Burton lamented his side’s slow start in Magic Round, but eyes up this weekend’s clash.

The Bulldogs have seen a raft of players return from injury, and Burton has praised the “absolute machines” in his side ahead of the Warriors game.

“Tough one on the weekend, we started pretty slow, but got a good challenge this weekend” he told Wide World of Sports on 2GB.

This Sunday, NRL stars Matt Burton and Josh Addo-Carr will be taking the stage at The Star’s Sports Bar to share stories of their career, thoughts on the current season and game insights. Entry is free so head down the The Star between 6-8pm Sunday for your chance to meet Matt and Josh.
