Longest-serving NSW MP reflects on his 42 years of service
New South Wales’ longest-serving MP Reverend Fred Nile has taken a look back at his political career ahead of his retirement.
When his term expires in March he would have been in office for 42-years, but he will sit in the Upper House for the last time today.
He told Ben Fordham at 88 it’s time to move on.
“I don’t want to retire, no one’s making me retire.”
