A Liberal MP is calling on ICAC to be reformed upon the conclusion of the two-week inquiry into a former premier.

Gladys Berejiklian consistently denied any wrongdoing as she was played phone taps over two days, questioned over whether she should have reported her relationship with Daryl Maguire.

Federal Member for Mackellar Jason Falinski told Ben Fordham there was no “smoking gun”.

“I think what we’ve done is damaged the body corporate of NSW politics once again.”
