Ben Fordham has blasted France’s ambassador to Australia Jean-Pierre Thebault after a “stunning attack”.

France’s ambassador to Australia said the dumping of the $90 billion submarine deal was a “stab in the back” and the “deceit was intentional”.

“The French Ambassador was recalled after the submarine deal was scrapped,” Ben said.

“And if he wants to add a few more frequent flyer points, he can always get back on a plane to Paris.”
