Channel Nine rugby league reporter Emma Lawrence is one of 45 trekkers taking part in the Big Three Trek as part of this week’s Beanies for Brain Cancer NRL round.

The epic journey takes them from Sydney Opera House to McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle.

Emma joined Mat Thompson and Brad Fittler with some stories from the trail.

“It’s tough but its really inspiring and rewarding,” she said.
