The CEOs of Australia’s largest corporations have penned an open letter to state and territory governments calling on them to stick to the national vaccination roadmap to reopening.

One of the signatories, Telstra CEO Andy Penn, has pushed hard in support of the vaccine rollout, offering employees and customers vaccine incentives and displaying ‘#letsvaxx’ on devices connected to the network.

“It’s not my style to be political, and it’s certainly not my style to criticise leaders,” he told Jim Wilson.

“But … I’m seeing hope disappear from my people.

“We need to unite around the pathway out of this.”
