43 train services have been cancelled this morning on the T2 Inner West and Leppington, T3 Bankstown and T8 Airport and South Line.

Among the reasons unions refuse to operate the trains are dirty carriages and graffiti.

Sydney Trains CEO Matt Longland told Ben Fordham the same issue has persisted all week.

“We’re hoping to minimise the gap between services.”
