The former Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett believes even if The Voice passes, it may not last.

Speaking to John Stanley, he said there is still a chance it could pass and then get abolished by a future government.

“If they felt The Voice was not achieving anything, they could pull all funding” Kennett warned.
